lkb8 services are strictly available to persons aged 21 years and above. Registration by anyone under this age is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any deposited funds in accordance with applicable law.
Each individual may hold only one active lkb8 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, lkb8 reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated balances or pending withdrawals.
All lkb8 accounts must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before deposits, withdrawals, or full platform access are granted. lkb8 requires valid Malaysian identification documents (MyKad or equivalent) for all accounts.
lkb8 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside of the lkb8 platform. lkb8 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
Fraudulent use, collusion, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, chargebacks, or any other activity that lkb8 determines to be harmful to the platform or other players is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal referral.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which lkb8 holds its gaming authority licence. Disputes not resolved through lkb8's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the applicable regulatory authority.

You further acknowledge that lkb8 is an online gambling platform. Gambling involves risk and you may lose money. lkb8 does not guarantee that any particular wagering outcome will be achieved and makes no representations about expected returns.
Registration is open to individuals who: (a) are aged 21 years or older; (b) are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; (c) are not a current employee, director, or immediate family member of an lkb8 employee; and (d) have not previously been self-excluded from lkb8 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
When registering, Users must provide accurate and complete information including their full legal name, Malaysian IC number (MyKad), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
All lkb8 accounts are subject to KYC verification. Users must submit clear, unaltered copies of: (a) Malaysian IC (MyKad), front and back; (b) a selfie photograph holding the IC, where required by the lkb8 compliance team; and (c) proof of payment method ownership for the first withdrawal. lkb8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. lkb8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity conducted through an Account is deemed to have been authorised by the Account holder. lkb8 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
lkb8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. lkb8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and will communicate such changes via the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount at lkb8 is RM30. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to lkb8's AML monitoring thresholds and the limits set by the User's chosen payment provider.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, subject to technical availability. lkb8 processes withdrawal requests within five (5) business minutes to Malaysian e-wallets and within one (1) business day to Malaysian bank accounts. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional KYC review before processing.
lkb8 is required to monitor transactions for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Deposits made to an lkb8 Account without corresponding wagering activity may be subject to review before withdrawal is permitted. lkb8 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities without notifying the User, as required by applicable law.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any lkb8 content without prior written authorisation from lkb8.
lkb8 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible directly from the User's Account settings.
If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing, financial situation, or relationships, please use the self-exclusion tool in your lkb8 Account settings or contact our support team immediately. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the chosen exclusion period.
lkb8 restricts all Services to persons aged 21 and above. Any User who misrepresents their age at registration forfeits all rights to claim any balance held in their Account and may be subject to legal action.

lkb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon legitimate account closure, any verified and cleared balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any amounts lawfully deducted pursuant to these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lkb8 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions, technical failures, or errors outside of lkb8's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
lkb8's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that User into their lkb8 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits lkb8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
lkb8 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, lkb8 will provide no less than seven (7) days' notice to registered Users via email or in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Users' rights or obligations) may take effect immediately.
Continued use of the lkb8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact lkb8 to close your Account.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the lkb8 Platform, you must first contact lkb8's Player Support team and allow a reasonable period (no less than fourteen (14) days) for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally.
If an internal resolution is not reached, you may escalate the matter to the relevant authority of lkb8's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the escalation path are available upon request from lkb8's support team.
lkb8's decisions on operational matters — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility assessments, and account-level risk decisions — are final and binding except where determined otherwise by a regulatory authority with jurisdiction over lkb8.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lkb8 holds its gaming authority licence. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling regulation differs from Malaysian domestic law, and that the Platform is operated in accordance with its international licence terms.
